Allyson Gordon Art Refund and Other Store Policies

Thank you so much for supporting my small, handmade art business! Every piece I create is made with love, glitter, and a whole lot of heart. Please read through my refund and return policy carefully before placing your order — I want to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom paintings and acrylic artwork
  • Baby Heartbeat Paintings
  • Personalized keepsake ornaments
  • Custom Door Hangers
  • Any item made with custom colors, names, dates, or specifications submitted through the Custom Order Form

Please review your order information carefully, as changes cannot be made once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

I take great care in packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery at allygordonart@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

I will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund — depending on the situation.

Disclaimer: Please review dimensions posted on listings and measure your space accordingly, review the listing details and images carefully, upload clear images when applicable, and be specific with requests on custom orders. The incorrect item clause will not apply in these cases. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, email me as soon as possible at allygordonart@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier. Current production time for custom orders is 4–5 weeks — thank you so much for your patience!

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will do my best to help you work through it.
